You came to the right place, there are breeders here that breed untitled dogs. _________________

Nice pedigree on your male - in fact I know/knew both of his parents quite well. He must be getting up there in age? If he has not been bred before, take him to a repro vet, get him collected and make sure he has viable semen. And get this done within a few weeks of breeding - males can get "stale" if they are not collected or bred regularly.
Your male is apparently untitled, so it will be difficult to find someone with a quality female wanting to breed to him, unless they are looking for those specific bloodlines. I will say knowing the sire and dam that both parents are/were VERY strong, high drive, dominant dogs. Both were not dogs for novice handlers. VERY strong femalel (Cira) handled/titled by Clare Hill. Neither dog were "point dogs", both possessed an over-large middle toe that they had no problem showing to their handlers LOL
But even if a respectable/responsible breeder of working lines is interested in those bloodlines, they would still most likely be turned away from your dog since he is not titled. Are his hips/elbows x-rayed and either rated OFA or a-stamp? If not, then forget it. NO breeder in their right mind would breed to a dog without at least hips/elbows certified.
The only thing you can really do, other than buy your own female for breeding, is advertise your male, along with pictures, his pedigree, and hip/elbow rating - and see if anyone is interested. I will hope that you would not allow a breeder to use your male if they do not have appropriate plans for the pups - in other words, you must be responsible and not allow your dog to be used for someone's backyard breeding program, where puppies are produced or mass-produced for money purposes only.
